Hi my name is Carole and welcome to my blog!!

I am SO SUPER EXCITED to launch my website and photography business!! It has been in the making for GOSH 5 years!! 

It’s one of those things that you try to do and then stop because it was not “perfect,” or because you think “you are not good enough,” or because you are “too busy.”  There is always an excuse. As women, we do everything for others but we neglect ourselves. “Photography feeds my soul.” It’s what keeps me up at night.

After I left my corporate job of 16 years in 2014, I started taking photos professionally after enjoying it as a hobby for more than 20 years. In 2014, I paid someone to build a website for me but it fell through. 

Fast forward 2019 – is the year I decide to be uncomfortable!!

This is the year I decided that it is better to try and fail than not try at all. 

This is the year I decided to strive for progress and not perfection. 

The year I decided to learn Photoshop.

The year I spend countless hours to create this website by myself instead of paying someone to do it for me.  

The year I believe that I am good enough and will continue to get better because I make it a point to learn. Isn’t this what life is about? 

So my friends this is it. Welcome to my first blog.
